Ten Tip to Ease Eye Strain Using Computer or Laptop

When you are using your personal computer or laptop you feel eyestrain that is not good for your eye.So how to escape from eyestrain that is the problem?You can protect you eye from eyestrain using following instructions:

    1. Position your computer screen or laptop screen about 20 degrees below eye level.
    2. Clean your computer or laptop screen regularly by soft cloth.
    3. After every 5 seconds,blink your eyes.
    4. Adjust room lightning and screen brightness.
    5. Face into an open space beyond the computer or laptop screen.
    6. Use Larger Fonts for reading.
    7. Zoom display if you are facing problem of reading a file on your screen.
    8. Take a break after every 30 minutes while using your system.
    9. Look into a long distance on 30 minutes break and focus on an object for 30 seconds, roll your eyes in circle and then close your eyes for 30 seconds.
    10.  If you wear your glasses then ask your doctor about computer glasses.
