In Computer, Data is a collection of raw things or we say unprocessed things which includes texts,Images,numbers,audio and video.Data is any thing this is not being using by user.Data is stored in Computer Storage device.We stored data on hard disk because it is our need in future.We do not take decision using data.
Information is also data but not raw data it is data that is processed data or we say convey meaning to the data.We use knowledge to process data.The information is always useful for the user of the Computer.Our process data is Called Information.The people take decision on the basis of information.
Data and Information are the basic Terminology of Computer System.
